Q: How do I book a camping reservation?
A: To book a reservation, you need an account with us first. Register by clicking "Sign In / Register". After you are signed in, navigate to "Reserve" then "Reserve Camping".

Q: How do I book a facility reservation?
A: We currently don't have online reservations for facilities. You can use our "Facility Search" feature under "Reserve" to find availability, then contact the desired park to book.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: To reset your password, click on "My Account" at the top right of the page, then near the middle, select "Forgot Password", or using the link below.
Q: What do I need to do if Iām going to be checking in late?
A: Call the park site directly for further information.
Q: How far in advance can I book a camping reservation & for how long?
A: Our reservation window is 45 days in advance. We have a 14-night maximum stay, additionally those who camp for more than 3 consecutive nights must observe a 60 day leave before reserving once again.
Q: What are the park's business hours?
A: Summer hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. / Winter hours are 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Q: Are pets allowed at campgrounds?
A: There are no pets allowed at Moss Park & Kelly Park. Pets are allowed at Clarcona Horse, Magnolia, and Trimble Parks if properly registered. Contact the parks for more details.
Q: Are there discounts available?
A: Senior Citizens (55 years and over) and active military may be allowed a 25% discount on camping fees.
Q: Is there a waitlist for cancellations?
A: No, however our website stays up to date and reservations that have been cancelled will immediately become available online.
